The Wellbeing for Kids series, adapted from the critically acclaimed Collins International course, is more than just a set of workbooks—it’s a companion for children and their parents or carers, offering tools, activities, and exercises designed to nurture emotional and social growth. Published by HarperCollins Children’s Books, these activities empower kids to feel confident, resilient, and ready to face life’s challenges with a positive, healthy mindset.

Life Formation
We know that the first five years of life are the most formative, setting the foundation for future success in school and beyond. The pandemic has robbed many children of these essential early experiences in nurseries and kindergartens, creating gaps not just in academic learning, but also in emotional and personal development. That’s where the Collins Wellbeing course steps in. Designed to help children bridge these gaps, it focuses on nurturing their social, emotional, and personal growth, ensuring they feel fully supported as they navigate their way through this challenging time.

More for older one
For older children, the secondary course was created with particular care, recognizing how the pandemic has affected their social experiences and relationships with peers. Many older students are struggling with heightened anxiety—whether it’s the pressure of presentations, socializing, or managing emotions in different situations. With input from teachers, we’ve designed this course specifically to address these challenges, helping teens build emotional resilience and tackle anxiety head-on.

The series is divided into three workbooks, catering to different age groups: Book 1 for children ages 5-8, Book 2 for ages 9-11, and Book 3 for ages 12+. These workbooks offer a safe space for kids to grow, learn, and embrace their feelings, preparing them for a future filled with confidence, happiness, and emotional well-being.
